Herb and Spice - 2 oz

This great basic all purpose rub is laden with loads of flavor, with enough heat to make it interesting. You can use this rub on all poultry, seafood, and tofu. No matter how you prepare it, it will enhance the flavor of the dish tenfold. To use, rub over the entire surface of the protein you are preparing. Do your best to work the rub deep into the dish you're preparing. Even maintaining your recipe overnight will help the flavor permeate. Fish & seafood is best sprinkled lightly across the surface. Let sit for a short while and then bake or grill.
