General Questions

Does eSutras Organics offer Technical Support for Web sites?

eSutras Organics does not offer technical support for

  • building or maintaining Web sites 
  • working with our product feeds and images
  • login issues to our Web site

It is your responsibility as a business owner to hire the technical support you need to maintain a Web site and business.

What is www.eSutras.com drop shipping?

We are a manufacture and wholesale distributor that offers the service of shipping single orders directly to your customer. We offer you drop shipping discounts to purchase our products and you sell them on your Web site at a price which you set for yourself. When you receive an order from your customer, you will log into your account on www.esutras.com and submit the information to us. We will then ship the order to your customer directly.

Why would I want to participate in www.eSutras.com drop shipping?

If you want exposure to hundreds upon thousands of natural health and wellness products but you don't want to carry the inventory of these products then drop shipping may be the best approach for your business.

How do I benefit from using www.eSutras.com drop shipping?

  • You carry ZERO inventory.
  • You set the retail price of our products to whatever you want.
  • We have NO minimum order requirements.
  • Payment is made only after you receive an order from your customer.

Is www.eSutras.com a blind drop shipper?

Yes and No. The packing slip your customer receives will contain your contact information ONLY but the return address will be listed as our return address with the label T.C. Bauer Shipping Department.

Membership Requirements and Fees

Do you require dealers to sign a contract?

Yes. You can download the Drop Ship Contract pdf file. The application process is online

Do I need a resale certificate or tax ID number to sell your products?

Yes, unless you are affiliated with StoresOnline, in which case we will require documentation to prove your active account status with them.

Do I still need a tax ID number if I am based outside of the U.S.?

No, but we will need proof of business registration.

How will I know if I am approved?

By submitting the contract with applicable paper work you're agreeing to all terms and conditions of our contract and policies. Once your information has been verified you will be assessed our one time setup fee and your account will be activated. You will receive a welcome email with information regarding your login name and password and other pertinent pieces of information. If we are unable to approve your contract for any reason we will let you know.

How long does it take to setup an account?

If your contract is received 100% complete with documentation then verifying the information should not take more than 1-2 business days. Delays may occur if you have no provided copies of your Federal Tax ID, or Resale ID, or StoresOnline license.

Why do you need my credit card information on file?

We need your credit card information in our system so we can bill you for products you purchase at wholesale price.

Do you charge any fees to become a member of www.eSutras.com Drop Shipping?

Yes. We require a ONE TIME setup fee of $300.00 which covers the administrative costs of setting up your account and providing customer service throughout the length of your affiliation with us. However, there are no per order fees or monthly fees.

Product Pricing, Content, Inventory & Pictures

Will www.eSutras.com supply pictures of your products for my website?

Yes. After your account has been activated you will have the ability to download all product pictures.

Where do I get pictures and content of the products offered by a drop shipper?

Once you have an activated account on www.eSutras.com visit the Drop Shipper section. In the bottom grey bar is a link for Drop Shipper Web site Materials. It contains links to lists and images.

Can I use your affiliation logos?

No. You CANNOT use the copyrighted images / logos / symbols associated with various organizations to which eSutras Organics belongs. You may not use our banners or ad campaigns. Using our affiliation images will put you in violation of your Drop Ship contract with eSutras Organics.

If you would like to show authenticity, we recommend the following line for your Web site: "We work with eSutras Organics a USDA certified organic company that is a member of Organic Trade association, PETA, Coop America, and supports organizations like Trees for the Future, Slow Food USA and the National Truth in Labeling Pledge".

Drop shippers may only use product information and product images.

How do I know what to charge my customers for shipping?

You should bill your customers for shipping based on sending the product from area code 60618. When you return the details of a customer's order for us on www.esutras.com, shipping rates are automatically calculated for us by FedEx and USPS based on your customer's zip code.

If you want to make sure you are recovering the exact shipping rate then you should acquire a shipping account via FedEx and/or USPS and use the same formula we do to calculate our rates. Remember to setup the default address for your shipping account(s) to our zip code, not yours.

Yes. We offer international shipping via USPS or FedEx.

What are your box sizes?

The box sizes for TCB shipping and for customers of our drop shipping program.

Dry Products

Individual box dimensions based on product weight in inches.

  • 1 oz – 4 oz = 5 x 5 x 5
  • 5 oz - 16 oz = 8 x 8 x 8
  • Case of 12 of any one of our dried items (Cocoa cravings, Teas, Nuts, Seeds, Superfoods)  = 12 x 12 x 12
  • 5 lb single or combined products totaling 5 lbs  = 10 x 10 x 10
  • 10 lb single or combined products totaling 10 lbs  = 14 x 14 x 14
  • Above 10 lbs – case by case

Liquid Products

Individual box dimensions based on product weight, in inches.

  • 1 oz – 4 oz = 5 x 5 x 5

  • Case of single or combined products, (eSutras culinary oils, Aroma Sutras – spa products)

Concerning Your Business & Web Site Policies

What kind of profit margins can I make with your company?

We offer a discount of 18% for all products. Profit margins depend upon how you choose to utilize this discount with your Web site retail pricing.

Should my customers pay me first before I pay you?

If you do not want to risk purchasing a product wholesale and not receiving payment, it is best for you to receive payment from your customer prior to placing an order through www.esutras.com. If you place the order prior to receiving payment then you will be left with paying us for the product at wholesale price and potentially receiving nothing from your customer.

Does www.eSutras.com offer credit or Net 30 day payment?

At this point in time we do not offer credit or Net 30 payment to drop shippers. We are willing to setup credit terms for people who wish to become wholesalers, carrying inventory of our product. Feel free to contact us if you'd like more information about deeper wholesale discounts.

Does www.eSutras.com offer exclusives on products?

Not typically. Unless you are selling very high volumes of a specific product we will not consider offering exclusive rights to a product. If your volume is steadily increasing, and you'd like to inquire about exclusivity feel free to contact us and we will consider each situation on an individual basis.

How fast can I start making money with www.eSutras.com drop shipping?

This is entirely up to how your market your Web site and your business plan. We offer excellent products which often times create repeat customers, but the key is getting people to your Web site.

Am I allowed to have multiple drop shippers if I sign up with www.eSutras.com?

Yes, we do not require you to make us your exclusive supplier.
