Cherry Tarts
Ingredients:
- 2 packages (8 oz) - Cream Cheese
- 3/4 cup - eSutras Raw Cane Sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon - Vanilla
- 2 - Eggs
- 1 box - Vanilla Wafers
- Cherry Pie Filling
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix together cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and eggs.
- Line a muffin tin with foil cups.
- Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of muffin cup. Add cream cheese mixture until about half full.
- Bake in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Top with cherry pie filling.
