Pineapple Cheese Ball
Ingredients:
- 2 - 8 oz packages of Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 - 8 oz can of Crushed Pineapple, drain well
- 2 cups - eSutras Walnut Halves, chopped
- 1/2 cup - Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup - Green Peppers, chopped fine
- 2 Tablespoons - eSutras Sweet Onion Flakes or white Onion, chopped fine
- 1 Tablespoon - eSutras Herb and Spice Blend
- Fresh Parsley, chopped
Directions:
- Set aside 1 cup walnuts.
- In a bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients.
- Form into a ball, cover and place in the refrigerator over night.
- Sprinkle remaining nuts and fresh parsley over the cheese ball and serve.
