Chasteberry is known for its positive effects for womens' health.

The single best plant that may help women!

Chaste Tree is a large shrub (up to twenty–two feet tall) native to the Mediterranean and southern Europe.

Chasteberry, also known as vitex Agnus castus, has a long history of use for women's health issues. The chasteberry gets its name from its traditional use as a libido depressant, but it is more commonly used today for its taste.

Rev. 122013a

Although some enjoy the chasteberry for its mint–like flavor alone, dried chasteberry is easiest to prepare as a tea or tincture. To prepare the tea, place about 1 teaspoon of dried chasteberries in an infuser. Steep the berries in boiling water for 5–7 minutes and enjoy with honey as a sweetener.
