Hand harvested, Grade-A cinnamon, Madagascar cloves and whole allspice berries with tangy bits of American orange peel. When you simmer the blend with apple cider or red wine, it fills your kitchen with a rich, spicy aroma that’s warm and welcoming as the drink itself.
Use this organic spice blend with your favorite red wine to create a unique and perfectly spiced mulled wine to warm yourself on cool nights. Mix all the ingredients together, and bring slowly to the boil in a stainless steel or other non–corrosive saucepan.
When just at simmering point switch off the heat and leave the spices infuse for 15 minutes. Heat the mixture again briefly then strain off the spices and peel. Serve hot for best results!
