Gotu Kola Leaves

Gotu Kola is known as a longevity herb, and is used in many cultures for it healing properties. This red flowered plant grows naturally in swampy areas of India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Madagascar, South Africa, Australia, China and the southern United States.

The Gotu Kola plant is popularly used as a food source rich in vitamin C in Bangladesh, Thailand and Sri Lanka. It has been recognized as a valid, botanical medicine since for over a century.
